Why Join the P.B.R.A. ?

The reasons are numerous but first among them is the camaraderie and support given and received from each other. Within our private forum we have many experienced members and some of the best refinishing minds to be found world wide. We openly share the latest information regarding products, services, and techniques. It's a great feeling knowing that we're able to talk to other refinishers about any questions or new situations we come across daily. After all, how many of your local refinishers will talk shop with you or take an active interest in your business success?

Refinishers, unlike painters, electricians, plumbers, realtors, restaurant owners, builders, contractors, etc., have not traditionally had formal associations or guilds. That being the case, we decided to create our own online support group, the P.B.R.A.. In the beginning, this was an informal association to support each other with our collective experience and advice. The P.B.R.A., founded nearly a decade ago has grown to encompass a large portion of the country and expands every day as new members come aboard to learn and share their knowledge. Through the growing stages our organization has had constant research and development in various areas of the refinishing process. Just to name a few: All Purpose Cleaners, Industry Leading Bonding Agent Primer Systems, Superior Top Coats and Materials, UV Cured Systems and Lighting, and so much more.

Regardless of the procedural and material system that you are currently using, there is always room for help or improvement. Maybe you're happy with your system and simply wish to share your experiences with like minded people. This is the place for you. We even help new companies that have taken the weekend courses offered by suppliers. Professional refinishing is a true artform which requires skills and talents that can only be learned with practice and guidance. We help and support each other by sharing knowledge and experience gained from day to day.
