PBRA Mission Statement

“The mission of the PBRA is to guide each and every member in their efforts to continually improve and perfect their techniques and materials, maintaining their position as industry leaders. Regardless of their present experience level, from novice to seasoned expert, we will enhance their skills with increased knowledge from our network of professionals. Our strength lies in the numbers of experienced refinishers supporting each other within our ranks.

When your customers see the PBRA Seal of Excellence on your website, business cards and brochures, they will feel assured that they have selected the best company for all their refinishing needs. The PBRA seal will give them the comfort of dealing with a national organization with the customer service of a hometown small business. The best of both worlds. We have provided a closed forum to discuss Sales & Marketing techniques, application procedures, warranty issues, material advances, site development or any other refinishing related issues. PBRA Code of Ethics

Each member of the Professional Bathtub Refinishing Association has pledged to observe the highest of standards in honesty, integrity and responsibility while conducting business:

• Promoting in good faith only those products and services which are known to be functionally and economically sound, and which are known to be consistent with objective standards of health and safety. The PBRA shall promote and use green products as they become available.
• Make all advertising and sales promotion factually accurate, avoiding those practices which tend to mislead or deceive the customer.
• Writing all contracts and warranties such that they comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Promptly acknowledging and taking appropriate action on all customer complaints.
• Refraining from any act intended to restrain trade or suppress competition.
• Attaining and retaining insurance as required by federal, state, and local authorities.
• Attaining and retaining licensing and/or registration as required by federal, state, and local authorities
